  To comply with the enforceable regulation, we are involved in the respect of the new REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemicals).

The European REACH regulation No. 1907/2006 became effective on 1 June 2007 and is applicable to Manufacturers, Importers, Distributors and Users ofchemical substances on their own or in preparations.

To respect the REACH obligations, Aviatec has consulted its suppliers in order to know their intentions about the registration of the supplied substances.
