Control of products and regulation

As distributor of chemical consumables across the Supply Chain, AVIATEC GLOBAL AVIATION guarantees the integrity of all its products and strives to respect the regulations in force linked to its core business.

  • Procurement:

                In permanent contact with manufacturers and/or suppliers, we ensure the continuous procurement of our products by verifying that they comply with the regulations of REACh (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regarding the registration of substances with ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) and whether a substance appears on the candidate list); we also handle the management of obsolescences.

  • Receipt/Control and Storage:

                Thanks to our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), our certifications ISO 9001 and EN 9120 and the establishment of a quality control process, we can ensure complete traceability of all our products (management of manufacturing batches, manufacturing date and expiration date, management of the duration of remaining life until delivery, management of conformity declarations and/or analysis certificates).

                In addition to respecting storage temperatures and monitoring the lifetime of our products, we also ensure compliance with the rules governing the compatibility of products during storage in order to avoid any chemical risk.  

  • Packaging, Shipment and Delivery:

                Our logistics department carries out the packaging, branding and declaration of hazardous materials in accordance with the transport regulations (ADR (European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) / IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) / IATA (International Air Transport Association)).

                We provide our customers with all the safety data sheets managed by our QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment) department, pursuant to the CLP/SH (Classification, Labeling, Packaging / Safety Data Sheet) regulations.

                We have established a foreign object prevention process to guarantee delivery of our products without FOD (Foreign Object Damage) to our customers (in accordance with EN 9146). This process covers the lifecycle of the product, including receipt, inspection, labeling, packaging, shipment and delivery.

  • Customs formalities:

                We conduct all customs procedures required for the import and export of goods: customs declarations, request for import or export authorization of drug precursors, TIPP (Taxe Intérieure sur les Produits Pétroliers [domestic tax on polluting activities]) / TGAP (Taxe Générale sur les Activités Polluantes [general tax on polluting activities]), etc.  

  • Waste management:

We sort our waste regularly and call on professionals to recycling it.

Our qualified personnel is regularly made aware and trained in order to guarantee compliance with the legislation in force (training in prevention, chemical risk and fire risk, training in transport of hazardous materials Foreign Object debris/damage (FOD), etc.)
